Where can I find information about NAS products?

First place to check out is the Products page. If you product does not yet exist on that page, please add it to the page.

Other good places to look for information include the Category:Product FAQ category. Also you might want to try the search function of this website (search field is placed at the top of every page).

Where can I ask a question about a specific product?

First check out the Category:Product FAQ. If you cannot find an answer to your question, you can always go to one of the Forums to ask a question. When you get an answer, please update the product FAQ afterwards.

Important: Please do not send questions about products to the administrator of this site.

Pleae leave us your suggestions on the Feedback page. We appreciate your feedback as this helps us improve the site! Alternatively, check out the Appreciations page, if your feedback is about showing appreciation rather than feeding back suggestions for improvement.

Creating new pages, sections and categories

I think the site is in need of a new page/section/category. Can you please create this?

Everybody is encouraged to create new pages/sections/categories when needed. When you do so, please keep in mind to follow the existing naming conventions and page stucture etc. The same goes for categories (though the need for new categories should be somewhat smaller). If you are in doubt, feel free to contact the administrators.

How do I upload a file?

I have a file (module, patch etc) that I would like to upload and store on your server. Is this possible?

We would like to host your file/module/patch, however for security reasons uploading of files has been disabled. Instead please send us the file via email and we will place it in the upload area. Please see the Help:File upload page on how to proceed.
